Tears on the Podium- Coached by Karl Houser, this new team improvises an entire show of one continuous scene.
Greg Spiegel- Coached by Matt Johnson, this is one of our two new teams!
The Backline Cinematic Universe (BCU)- Coached by Taylor Grote, this movie form will feel more like a movie than at least some superhero movies.
Ron De Replay- Coached by Sam Bunnyfield, this team draws audience members into captivating stories with the La Ronde form.
Biscuits- Backline's longest running House team and they perform a fast-paced format called The Slacker (inspired by the cult classic film.) Always tasty, never flaky.
Chicken Party- This group faces scary moments in every show in such a calm method you'd never call them chicken if it wasn't in their name.
Omahahacapella- Backline's first A Capella musical improv team, coached by Robyn Helwig.
Zip-Zopera- Omaha's only improvised Hip-Hopera has the record of 16 wins in the Arena competition!
